Two Decades of Evolution
Founded in Ahmedabad
DCE Systems Pvt Ltd established in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Initial focus on precision stainless steel fabrication for industrial applications. Investment in tube laser cutting and robotic welding capability from day one.
Advanced Manufacturing Expansion
Expanded manufacturing floor with additional tube laser and robotic welding cells. Introduced formal quality management systems and began working to ASTM, ASME, and AWS welding standards. Passivation capabilities established.
Data Center Infrastructure Pivot
Identified the emerging liquid cooling opportunity for AI and HPC data centers. Applied existing stainless steel and fabrication expertise to CDU assemblies, manifold systems, and cooling loops. First data center commissioning project completed.

Liquid Cooling
The core of what we do. We engineer complete liquid cooling systems for data centers: primary loop piping and pumping skids, secondary loops, CDUs, manifold systems (overhead, underfloor, in-row), cold plates, and quick-disconnect connectors. Every component is fabricated in SFN-grade stainless steel, passivated per ASTM A967, and pressure-tested before delivery.

Our containment systems are designed to structural standards — AISC and ASTM — ensuring they can safely support the overhead infrastructure loads typical in modern facilities. Material Standards
We specify and certify all stainless steel to relevant ASTM standards — including A312 for pipes, A276 for bars, and A967 for passivation treatment. Material certifications accompany every shipment.
Pressure & Piping
Pressure piping systems designed to ASME B31.3 Process Piping standard. All pressure vessels and assemblies conform to applicable ASME sections. Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing per ASME procedures.
Welding Standards
All stainless steel welding performed to AWS D1.6 Structural Welding Code for Stainless Steel. Welders are qualified to procedure qualification records (PQR) and welder performance qualification (WPQ).
Structural Steel
Structural components for containment and ceiling systems designed to AISC 360 Specification for Structural Steel Buildings. Load ratings are documented and verified through structural analysis.
Quality & Cleanliness
Maintenance services include particle count testing per ISO 14644 cleanroom classification standards. Quality management processes align with ISO 9001 principles. Coolant analysis follows ASTM F312 and applicable ISO methods.

DCE Systems does not manufacture raised access floor systems. These partnerships allow us to offer clients a comprehensive data center infrastructure solution, while ensuring that raised floor products are specified, supplied, and installed by specialists in that domain.
