System Engineering
We design, fabricate, and commission the full liquid cooling loop for your data center. From in-rack cold plates to secondary loop manifolds, CDUs, and primary loop piping to the chiller plant — every component precision-engineered in stainless steel to ASTM, ASME, and ISO standards.
- Primary loop piping and pumping skids — chilled water distribution
- CDU (Coolant Distribution Units) — secondary loop control and monitoring
- Overhead and in-row manifold systems — supply and return headers
- Cold plates and quick-disconnect connectors for in-server cooling
- Passivation per ASTM A967 / ASME standards for SFN-grade stainless

Our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility combines tube laser cutting, robotic welding, and rigorous passivation processes to produce SFN-grade stainless steel components that meet the most demanding data center specifications.
Every weld passes AWS D1.6 certification. Every surface is passivated per ASTM A967. Every assembly is pressure-tested before shipment.
